What is the construction timeline and opening schedule?

Land clearing has already begun and the marina is nearly complete. The duration of construction will consist of an aggressive 16-month schedule. We anticipate commencing construction during the course of 2007.

When would I be able to take occupancy?
We anticipate completion by late 2008
 

10.

What if I decide to sell my residence?

The terms of ownership of your residence are exactly the same as with any condominium, including your right to sell it, either by yourself or through the real estate agency of your choice.
 

11.

Is there assigned parking?
Yes. The parking is assigned with one space per residence. There will be plenty of visitor parking available. Opportunities will be available for those who wish to upgrade their assigned parking space.
 

12.

Does every residence have a terrace?
Yes, all residences have terraces.
 

13.

Will there be any special financing?
The developer is planning on having special financing opportunities for purchasers at Majestic Cove. Bank representatives will be available and will be contacting purchasers to answer questions and begin the process of obtaining financing.
 

14.

Will I be able to purchase a boat slip at the marina for myself?
Although there are 36 boat slips in the marina, they will be available for assignment to individual residence purchasers. Eight of the slips are covered and will have the opportunity of having a hoisting boat lift. The sales office will be able to provide further details.
